Marinated Abalone

Serves: 4
Refrigerate: 1 hour

Ingredients: 

  • 450 g canned abalone 
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar 
  • 1 tsp sugar few drops of sesame oil 
Direction: 
  1. Drain the abalone and slice it thinly or cut it into strips. 
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients, pour over the abalone and toss well. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
