Refrigerate: 1 hour
- 450 g canned abalone
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar few drops of sesame oil
- Drain the abalone and slice it thinly or cut it into strips.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients, pour over the abalone and toss well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
